New Business Development Sales Associate/Quad City or Iowa City base
Local distributor of LEADING industrial products is seeking a new business development sales rep. Candidates may be based in the Quad City area with a corporate office to work out of or be located in the Iowa City area with a home office.
Competitive base pay first year, full benefits to include 401 (k), company expense plan, bonuses, car allowance and some mileage reimbursement. Base and commission combo (60/40) 2nd year with top rep earning over 125K.
Handle an Eastern Iowa territory while growing the business. Extensive day travel with 15% overnights mostly for ongoing training the first 6 months.
Ideal backgrounds for this role include:
*Bachelor’s Degree with strong desire to get in outside sales
*Bachelor’s Degree with inside business to business sales experience
*Bachelor’s Degree with LIGHT outside business to business sales
*Engineering Degree with strong desire to get in outside sales
*An Associate Degree with light sales will also be considered
