Assistant Manager in Industrial Services —Davenport IA
30+ year old industrial services company with multiple locations in the Midwest is seeking an Assistant Manager for their 4 PM to 12 AM shift that includes some weekend hours.
Our client has been described as a “great group of people to work for”. They are offering a salary with benefits that include health insurance, 401K with a company match, life insurance, vacation, and eligibility for quarterly profit sharing and safety bonuses.
Their Davenport IA location recently hired a new General Manager and is currently exceeding their sales expecations. They are now seeking an Assistant Manager to assist their GM and cover their night shift. This position will include some weekend hours. This is a “hands on role” while managing a team of workers. Candidates should be comfortable in a blue collar setting and be able to perform the work duties of working in a loud and wet environment while leading a team. Some of the other physical aspects of this role include standing and stooping with light lifting. Background checks do apply for this position.
Ideal candidates will come from a similar industrial services environment, have experience leading a team of workers in some capacity and be comfortable in their work environment.
